Description

Poolife Stain Stop prevents staining and scaling in your pool water. This product works great at protecting your pool against scale, stain and rust cause by minerals and metals in the water.

Dosage

Initial Treatment:

16 fl oz per 10,000 gallons of water

Maintenance Dose:

4 fl oz per 10,000 gallons of water per week.

Directions

For best results, add the required amount of Poolife Stain Stop at the time you start to fill the pool. If the surface is black plaster, add it after the pool is full.

After Poolife Stain Stop has been added and the pool filled, filter and circulate the water for at least 12 hours before adding chlorine or other pool chemicals. This will allow it to react with and prevent the precipitation of mineral in fresh water. When Poolife Stain Sopt is added to a pool that is already filled and in use, chlorine and other pool chemicals may be added immediately. This product is compatible with chlorine, bromine, salt water, ozone, and mineral sanitizers.

Initial Treatment:

Add 16 fl oz for every 10,000 gallons of water with normal hardness and mineral content. If the water is extremely hard (over 200 ppm or has high iron, copper or manganese content (over 0.1 ppm) double the the intial dosage to 32 fl oz for every 10,000 gallons.

Maintenance:

Add 4 fl oz for every 10,000 gallons of pool water weekly as part of your maintenance program.
