If you are experiencing a severe algae bloom, which has turned your pool green, the POOLIFE Back to Blue Shock System can turn your pool sparkling blue again. This two-part system destroys the bacteria and algae that have taken over your pool and then makes it easy to vacuum out. At the start of the season, or if a severe algae bloom occurs during the season, the pool can be treated and returned to its clear blue appearance within 24 hours by using POOLIFE Back to Blue I and POOLIFE Back to Blue II as part of the POOLIFE Back to Blue Shock System.

Directions for Use

For best results do not allow this product to get wet before use. Do not allow this product to mix directly with any other water balancing or sanitizer products. 

1. Add 2.6 Lbs of poolife Exclusive pool care collection back to blue 1 per 15,000 gallons of water into he pool with the circulation system turned on. If any granules settle to the bottom of the pool, use a brush to disperse to assist in helping it to dissolve.
2. Once this product has been completely dispersed in the pool water, change valve to recirculate position and add 2 lbs of of Poolife Exclusive Pool Care Collection Back to Blue 2 per 15,000 gallons of water though the skimmer.
3. Leave the system circulating for 1 hour, then turn off the filter pump and allow water and sediment to settle overnight
4. The following day change the valve to vacuum position and vacuums the sediment to waste.
5. If the pool has no settled out or is not blue in color, repeat steps 1,3 and 4.
6. Return valve to filter position after the pool has been vacuumed.

Water Balancing

To provide optimum product performance, swimmer comfort and crystal-clear water always maintain pH from 7.2 to 7.6, total alkalinity from 80 to 120 parts per million (ppm) and calcium hardness above 200 ppm. Test frequently making sure the necessary adjustments are made accordingly

Opening Your Pool

For best results follow the " WATER BALANCING"  section label on this product. Then follow correct dosage and time intervals for your recommended pool size and gallons.
