Each umbrella cover comes with a high reach rod to allow you to place the cover over your umbrella without disassembling it from the base or having to stand on something to reach the top. To return a defective product, simply return the item to the store where purchased. State reason(s), with your full name, address, zip code, phone/fax and a copy of your Sales Receipt. The manufacturer (at its option) will either repair or replace your product without charge and pay the return freight charges.
